Can't take full credit from that. I got inspired by the fact that Tankmen 0 was apparently supposed to have a blue/teal BG, which in turn made me wonder what aquatic versions of Tankmen would look like.

This is something you'd expect to see on tv, man this thing's smooth, got a real whimsical feel to it too. Less than two minutes and I already feel like I can understand the world these two are in.
